Found­ed in 2008, Cen­tre for CSR Devel­op­ment Ukraine (CSR Ukraine) unites com­pa­nies, advo­cates for the devel­op­ment of CSR at the nation­al lev­el, and, togeth­er with busi­ness­es and donors, imple­ments sus­tain­able CSR projects for sys­temic change in Ukraine. The val­ues of CSR Ukraine are lead­er­ship, trans­paren­cy, cre­ativ­i­ty, and pas­sion. CSR Ukraine has four pri­or­i­ty areas: CSR in con­flict times, busi­ness-uni­ver­si­ty-school coop­er­a­tion, social respon­si­bil­i­ty of munic­i­pal­i­ties, and state-owned com­pa­nies. With­in the pri­or­i­ty area of “busi­ness-uni­ver­si­ty-school coop­er­a­tion,” CSR Ukraine works on STEM projects. In 2015, CSR estab­lished a nation­al STEM coali­tion with 20 mem­ber orga­ni­za­tions includ­ing uni­ver­si­ties, schools, com­pa­nies, and research insti­tutes. Over­all, CSR Ukraine has imple­ment­ed more than 80 projects, pre­pared and pub­lished more than 135 pub­li­ca­tions, and orga­nized more than 250 pub­lic events, which have attract­ed about 4,500 par­tic­i­pants from NGOs, busi­ness­es, pub­lic agen­cies, donors, and media.
